Custom Products Return Policy: Because our personalized jewelry is custom-made specifically for you (featuring unique names, dates, or words), we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind or customer spelling errors made at checkout. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in the customization, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly send a free replacement right away!
